Project Coordinator

- Ensure all products produced meet the quality standards as well as the agreed customer specifications;
- Liaise with site supervisor to manage daily operations at assigned project sites;
- Prepare and analyse local market information to ensure Local buying price is market price;
- Ensure smooth logistics of products delivered at port yard and loading for vessels from port yard;
- Liaise with other departments to meet volume target with reasonable market price;
- Work closely with F&A team to ensure transparency for regular internal audit;
- Work with site supervisor to build up and control budget for site;
- Support other departments to prepare export document on time;
- Coordinate with commercial team and site team to plan for shipment arrangement;
- Work with and supervise site procurement team on aggregation plans & strategies within approval price, volume and timing to ensure sufficient cargo related to booked shipment
- Work with and supervise site supervisors and QC team on cargo stocking in yard: FIFO method, location, impurities control…
