Python Developer (Middle)

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, services, and systems.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and implement features.
Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Integrate third-party APIs and tools into the system.
Work on system architecture and contribute to the scalability and performance of the applications.
Research and apply new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.

12 remote days per year for full-time employees. Each month, they will be granted 1 day.
Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;

At least 4 + years of experience
in Python development (Middle+ level).
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
English proficiency is not required
