Mô tả công việc
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with food industry regulations and certifications (HACCP, FDA, BRC, ISO, MSC, ...)
Identify and address any issues related to product quality.
Oversee and ensure the quality and safety of seafood processing operations.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports and documentation.
Work closely with the production team to improve processes and resolve quality-related problems.
Directly respond with foreign customers.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of QA/QC standards and practices.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication in English.
Experience or knowledge in the seafood/food processing industry is preferred.
Based in Can Tho or willing to relocate to Can Tho.
