Sales Director Assistant (Seafood Processing)

Ensure guests have a comfortable and productive stay, addressing any needs or concerns.
Support Foreign Guests:
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for executives attending international food trade fairs.
Travel Arrangements:
Welcome and host international clients and partners during their visits.
Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and any necessary travel-related information.
Translate documents, emails, and communications from Vietnamese to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Interpretation and Translation:
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, and events between executives and foreign partners.
Book flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all travel plans are efficient and cost-effective.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
Handle other administrative tasks as required, supporting the smooth operation of the Sales Director’s office.
Support Sales with Foreign Customers:
Assist the sales team in managing relationships with foreign customers.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Facilitate communication and coordination between the sales team and international clients.
Provide customer service and address inquiries from foreign customers.
Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for foreign clients.

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in English:
