PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Quality Control Manager to ensure the quality and reliability of the products manufactured.This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving the company's quality management systems, procedures, and processes to meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspections and audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Identify and address any non-conformities promptly.
- Statistical analysis and data management: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize statistical tools and techniques to monitor process capability and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Quality assurance planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to develop comprehensive quality assurance plans for new product introductions and ongoing production.
-Develop and implement quality control processes: Design and establish quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines for incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished products. Ensure adherence to these processes throughout the production cycle.
- Continuous improvement initiatives: Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Training and development: Develop and deliver training programs on quality control methodologies, techniques, and best practices to ensure a consistent understanding and implementation across the organization. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Customer satisfaction: Work closely with the customer support team to address any quality concerns or issues raised by customers. Lead investigations into customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, inspection reports, and quality records. Prepare regular reports on quality performance metrics for management review.
