We are an international company operating the garment service industry. Currently, we are looking for a Quality Head (senior management level) to lead our quality management team across countries in the South East Asia region.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations across all assigned markets.
• Oversee the quality management processes, ensuring products meet the required specifications and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Work closely with relevant teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions and preventive solutions.
• Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track performance and drive improvements.
• Address customer feedback related to product quality, implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Constantly look at ways to improve all aspects of the business.
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to senior management.
