Job overview
The Quality Manager will be responsible for Operating & managing all activity of Quality Department including QA, QC, Lab, Sample.
Key responsibilities
1. Arrange all resources relevant to the quality dept to ensure the quality system operating fluently.
2. Monitoring and managing activity from RM incoming, PM, each step during processing, WIP, FGs, shipping, testing, sampling, review, validation, calibration, verification effective of quality system.
3. Establish, maintain, improvement continuously quality management system.
4. Solving customer requirements, complaint. Supplier / Vendor management.
5. Responsible for internal audit, all audit from customers, second party, third party, government. Follow up for CAPA and improvement
6. Training, coaching employees, follow Company policy, FS standard
7. Internal & external communication related to quality management system to ensure follow legal & regulation of local and imported country, company quality policy.
8. Consulting for BOD on Quality management during implement & operation.

Authority:
1. The Quality Manager will be able to delegate work, motivate a team, and adjust plans as needed to ensure quality goals are met.
2. Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety Management systems are established, implemented, maintained and updated.
3. Reporting directly to senior management regarding system performance and suitability actions for improvement.
4. Communicate customer requirements throughout the company.
5. Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.
6. To be entitled to request and recommend superior innovation, and improvements in work.
7. To be entitled to request production stop production and hold finished product when detecting serious incidents in quality until the problem is resolved.
