The Regional BPO (Reporting) Staff is key in collecting and interpreting a company’s performance statistics and other relevant data.
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
• Support various departments in reaching their goals through data analysis.
• Support each country in the SEO area by reviewing their monthly, quarterly & yearly result.
• Monitor data to identify changes in business trends to catch up with the market situation.
• Deliver ad hoc reports.
• Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required.
