• Market Coverage: Vietnam and Philippines
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and gather information about competitors and their products.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their homogenization requirements, analyze their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and applications of homogenizers.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales stages, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the technical team when necessary.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements in homogenization technology and equipment, continuously expanding technical knowledge to effectively promote and sell products.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies for promoting homogenizer products.
• Trade Shows and Conferences: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company, network with potential customers, and stay informed about industry trends.
