Sales Events Director is responsible for formulating and executing strategic event sales initiatives, maximizing revenue potential, expanding corporate client relationships, and leading the sales team to exceed business objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to drive revenue growth within the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for high-profile events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Identify market opportunities and design profitable event models that align with industry trends.
• Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance business expansion.
2. Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition
• Lead initiatives to identify, engage, and retain high-value corporate clients.
• Secure and manage large-scale contracts, each valued at a minimum of 500 million VND.
• Define and enforce ambitious revenue targets, ensuring each sales team member achieves a minimum of 2 billion VND annually.
3. Event Execution & Operational Excellence:
• Oversee seamless coordination between internal teams to ensure flawless event execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Continuously evaluate event performance and implement strategies for business growth and efficiency improvements.
4. Leadership & Team Development:
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales & Account Management team.
• Foster a results-driven, professional, and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
