Mô tả công việc

Internal:
• Work with head of departments to develop and implement sales & marketing strategy for The Marq project;
• Take responsibility of The Marq sales performance.
• Supervise sales department.
• Manage sales agencies to promote The Marq.
• Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans.
• Manage & develop the partnership program with strategic partners.
• Research and analyse market trend and customer behaviour preferences.
• Find customers and develop market by new quotations, expanding the relationship with potential customers and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
• Consult adequately, properly and professionally for the customers about the product information, trading methods, payment, answer all the questions if required by introduce and take the customer to visit the gallery, present the benefits, listen to the customer needs then review the provisions and compose the purchasing contract.
• Report regularly, daily to direct manager about the selling progress and customers following the process.
• Update frequently the information of the products of the Company, information and marketing demand, legal updating regarding the related fields by surveying the relevant projects, updating the listing projects, joining some courses, workshops, reading related books, newspapers, and magazines, …
• Coordinate with Marketing Department to contribute the events, track and update the promotion campaigns for timely inform to the customers.
• Lead a team and monitor staff's activities to achieve the assigned target and measure team performance.
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
External:
• Supporting agencies to receive guests/customers.
• Supporting agencies in closing deals journey.
• Supporting agencies in signing Deposit/SPA/ALC contract, invitation to events.
• Support to follow up payment procedures or refunding to agency’s customers.
