Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
• Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across all online channels, including SEO, paid search (PPC), social media, email, content, and affiliate marketing.
2. Campaign Management:
• Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and achieve target KPIs.
• Use data analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to improve results.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum conversion and ROI.
3. SEO & SEM:
• Lead efforts to improve organic search rankings through on-page and off-page
SEO strategies.
• Manage paid search (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve
conversion rates.
4. Content Marketing:
• Oversee content creation for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and tone.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and videos.
5. Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to engage with the
audience, drive traffic, and increase followers.
• Monitor social media trends and leverage them to enhance campaign
performance.
6. Email Marketing:
• Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and promote
products/services.
• Segment email lists and develop targeted strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
7. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track key performance metrics and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns,
reporting results to management and making recommendations for improvements.
• Continuously test and optimize digital strategies based on data insights.
8. Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Design) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience coordinating or supporting teams during campaign implementation.
