Job Description
- Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer’s needs and behaviors to improve customers experience.
- Develop sales strategies to manage retail prices, run campaigns, other sales & marketing programs and optimize investments suppliers.
- Responsible for sales and gross profit according to set KPI and inventory turnover management.
- Build good relationships with suppliers and interact well with partners.
- Responsible for product portfolio management of the categories, evaluating the effectiveness of product display to optimize store layout.
- Work closely with planning team, QA & compliance team, merchandising team to deliver business’s objectives.

Requirement

University graduate with degree in Marketing, Business related field. GPA greater than 7.5 is a plus
-
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing.

Good with numbers, strong communication, enthusiastic, honest, hardworking

Negotiation skills

Ability to work well under pressure.
