Job Overview:
The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting both the sales and marketing teams by managing day-to-day operations, including paperwork, administrative tasks, order fulfillment, and logistics for B2B and B2C customers. The role also includes assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing, reconciling sales data with sales teams and retailers, and generating daily/monthly reports to help track sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations (B2B & B2C):
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for both B2B and B2C customers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked appropriately to meet customer demand, especially during peak seasons.
Handle order processing, from receiving orders to ensuring the correct products are shipped to the customers.
Communicate with B2B clients and retailers to provide updates on order status and delivery schedules.
Work with logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of products, resolving any issues related to shipping, delays, or product shortages.
2. Sales & Marketing Administrative Support:
Handle all sales-related paperwork, including customer contracts, sales orders, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide administrative support to both sales and marketing teams by preparing documents, registered documents for teams like promotions activities, or new product registrations (đăng ký chương trình khuyến mãi/quảng cáo, làm công bố sản phẩm mới)
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations across the board.
Work with the marketing team to ensure that promotional campaigns are properly supported through stock availability, fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed to drive sales performance.
