JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage workload and assignments.
- Being a Team Leader of a team of 5 members.
- Handle admin tasks related to health insurance and worker compensation (document processing, claim payments, worker compensation wage, data reporting…)
- Discuss claim processes by emails or IM with the customers located in Australia.
- Other assignments by line manager
