Excellent knowledge in beauty personal care brands internationally, tiktok trend, brand research.
Optimize category product selections for sale/ revenue while maintaining the visual and aesthetic of the selections.
Pinpoint customer/shopper trends and understand the advanced principles of category management.
Lead the go to market strategy including producing, adapting content creation, benchmarking, sale plan
Lead cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Managing inventory, lead time, orders, custom, documentations, contracts, renewal, vendor communication... to make sure no bottle neck affecting the sale channel or planning
Report on performance/ key note takeaway, product life cycle management, briefing on market research,
Negotiate on price, timeline, FOC, payment terms on all vendor/ brand/ supplier‘s orders.
Be responsible for driving and executing category strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective management of vendor relationships.
Persuasive, sale- driven, goal-oriented, sell to the sellers, sell ideas to customers and stakeholders

At least 4 years experience in similar role
Demonstrated expertise in analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying areas for growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A plus with experience in product management, category management, marketing or a related field
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Strong project management and problem-solving skills, excel and analytic tools.
Expert in the Beauty, Personal Care, Home Living, Lifestyle, Baby, Gift for Him industry is a plus
