Senior Finance Business Partner Manager

Responsibilities:
- Commercial Finance Partnering
: Collaborate with Commercial and Merchandise teams to provide data-driven feedback for better decision-making and governance. Areas of focus include:
• Pricing, Gross-to-Net, and front margin analysis
• Profitability and gross margin improvement for categories, brands, and SKUs
• Supplier trading term analysis and negotiation
• Margin management and enhancement
• Promotion planning, execution, and claim-back processes
• Promotion investment analysis
• Space productivity analysis and improvements
- Supply Chain Finance & Operations Partnering
: Work with various business functions such as Site Selection, Operations, and Supply Chain teams in areas including:
• Demand planning and S&OP processes
• Supply chain analysis (sourcing, storing, and transportation)
• Inventory and SKU management
• Store performance analysis
- E-commerce P&L management
: Collaborate with E-commerce teams to provide insights, highlights through historical data and recommend areas of improvements. Areas of focus include:
• Topline and bottom-line items planning and forecasting
• Profitability management by channel and by location
• Deep-dive direct cost (mall expenses, marketing, delivery expenses)
- Participate in budget and latest forecast processes
- Join the Finance leadership team to drive significant changes in automation and capability building
- Lead or participate in providing consistent and insightful business dashboards for targeted users
- Undertake any other tasks or assignments as directed by the CFO
