Pro-actively provide recommendation of innovative solutions to clients’ projects
Lead/mentor/coach developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit test, test and deployment
Provide training & coaching to junior level, contribute on team performance improvement
Identify new technologies to lift up development practices
Utilize your expertise to help review business requirements, design and implement solution with architectural guidelines in mind (secure, high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple)
Directly interview and work with foreign customers

Minimum 4 years of experience in software development (webs, web-apps, applications,..),
Fluent English (both written and verbal) to effectively work in an international environment
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Odoo, Java, PHP, Golang...
Have experience as Tech Lead or equivalent role is a plus
Proficient with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, as well as back-end frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, NodeJS, Laravel, etc
Strong team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for application development (no need for AWS administration skills, but knowledge of building applications on AWS) is preferred.
Execllent business mindset: #Ability to receive inquiries directly from clients, then analyze and discuss among stakeholders for clarification
Can suggest good ideas/creative solutions to improve company‘s projects even if there is no problem at all
