Mô tả công việc

1. HR:
- Plan, manage and maintain the Company’s human capital management effort by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices in consultation with HRM
- Manage, coordinate and work closely with HR Corporate in managing full spectrum of HR function
- Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Group HR policy
- Update personnel file from time to time, maintain human resource system and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with HR Corporate for management training, interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety etc. as directed from time to time.
- Be responsible for day to day HR: recruitment, compensation, benefits, talent management, planning and development, HR policy compliance, staff’s expense claims…
- Handle all HR operation related function and activities: leaves, claims admin, air ticket reservation…
- Manage HR role for local staff by counselling employees and providing planning support.
- Organize and conduct new employee briefing and orientation
- Review, provide recommendation for benefits comparison and benchmark
- Ensure and verify monthly overtime, allowance computation
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirement and job descriptions for all positions
- Arrange company team building events and organize charity activities
- Handle and ensure arrangement for expatriate process including work permit, visa, resident card application, accommodation and transportation arrangement
- Ensure monthly payroll, on time, data integrity, submission statutory to respective organization
- Organize yearly and entry health check-up for employees
2. Admin support:
- Monitor cleaning service, translating service and office supply in the office.
- Monitor corporate cars usage, office related purchasing and IT support services
- In charge of all letters / memos to be issued to employees.
- Review corporate hotel systems to ensure accommodation services in working areas
- Verify employee expenses claims and debit notes in Admin.
- Undertake any ad-hoc related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
