Coherent Vietnam is planning significant investments in the southern province of Dong Nai. We aim to develop high-tech projects in advanced optics and semiconductor (SiC) manufacturing. This initiative, located in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, involves an investment capital of hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars and is set to begin operations by the end of 2024.
The position of Senior Learning And Organization Development Team Leader
leads the Vietnam Centre of Excellence of Learning & Organizational Development and indirectly oversee Technical Training Teams in designated locations, which contributes to company performance by actively driving:
- Talent agenda, focus on succession planning, leadership and team development with planning and implementing all talent development programs to build up talent bench strength while upholding coaching, mentoring and strength-based culture, including but not limited to a full employee life cycle, from Employee Onboarding, Employee Engagement and Retention,
Performance Management, Talent Development and other People & Culture (P&C) related activities.
- Organizational learning, focus on creating, acquiring, and transferring knowledge to support the achievement of business objectives by directing and overseeing company training process aligned to business needs, combining existing resources with innovative solutions to support capability building for employees, both on-the-job and professional and developmental learning.
- A systemwide process of planned change aimed toward improving overall organization effectiveness by way of enhanced congruence of such key organization dimensions as leadership & culture by using technostructural interventions and human resources management interventions.
