Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
Conduct market research and identify potential new customers, industries, and market segments.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Be responsible for managing all sales activities, and delivering sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective customer organizations.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Provide regular sales forecasts, make business plans, business performance reports to the senior management team.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

At least 2 years’ experience in business-to-business sales, packaging/printing preferred
Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Printing, Packaging, or other relevant fields
Great verbal and written communication skills
Experience in leading a team.
Able to manage, motivate, train, and develop self, team, and factories to achieve
Good active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication, and management skills.
Experience in Sales to large global organizations.
Good command of English. Chinese is an advance.
Have systematic skill and sales management skill.
People-oriented, results-driven, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
