BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR SALES MANAGER, WHOLESALES
SENIORITY LEVEL: Management Level
FUNCTION: Marketing
SALARY RANGE: Competitive market salary + Bonus scheme + Excellent benefits
LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Business
• To develop and maintain business relationship with key wholesales customers to deliver regional target and sustainable, long-term growth
• Monitor and manage sales within wholesales channel to ensure market stability
• Devise plan & initiatives to grow wholesale, find & expand wholesales network of the region
• Effective and efficient deployment of Nationwide Wholesales Channel Activation Platform, in collaboration with cross teams.
• Monitor performance of the top WS in the region and nationwide. Collect intelligence & propose timely interventions.
People
• Guide & coach regional sales team on shape and drive sales performance of region.
• Take full ownership of fostering stakeholder engagement both internally and externally. Proactively influencing and negotiating for positive outcomes.
• Take on a leadership role in mentoring and developing junior team members within team and function. Provide guidance and support to ensure each member thrives in their respective roles..
