Site Developer Manager

- Đại diện công ty giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan, ngoại giao và thương lượng với khách hàng của công ty (chủ đầu tư, tư vấn giám sát, tư vấn thiết kế,...)/ R epresent the company to solve related issues, diplomacy and negotiation with the company's customers (investor, supervision consultancy, design consultancy,...).
- Kiểm tra hồ sơ pháp lý của dự án và các vấn đề liên quan đến dự án trong phạm vi trách nhiệm công việc/ Check the legal records of the project and issues related to the project within the scope of job responsibilities.
- Phối hợp thực hiện công tác đấu thầu và đàm phán hợp đồng/ Coordinate to the implementation of bidding and contract negotiation.
- Kiểm tra, kiểm soát chất lượng, tiến độ, an toàn và ngân sách của các dự án/ Inspect and control quality, schedule, safe and budget of projects.
- Xây dựng hệ thống vận hành và giám sát của các dự án theo từng chiến lược của công ty/ Build the operation and monitoring system of the projects according to each strategy of the company.
- Theo dõi, cập nhật tình hình dự án đúng và kịp thời/ Follow and update the projects status properly and timely.
- Tổ chức và lập kế hoạch các dự án mà ban giám đốc đề ra/ Organize and plan projects as directed by the board of directors.
- Tiếp nhận toàn bộ các thông tin của dự án do Tổng Giám Đốc chuyển giao/ Receive all project information transferred by the General Director.
- Xử lý tất cả các phát sinh xảy ra trong quá trình thi công dự án/ Deal with all arising during project construction.
- Tham gia cùng với ban lãnh đạo thương lượng các điều khoản hợp đồng với khách hàng cho đến khi ký kết chính thức hợp đồng/ Participate with the leadership team in negotiating contract terms with clients until the official contract is signed.
- Quản lý việc tạm ứng và thanh toán theo hợp đồng đã ký giữa Công ty với Khách hàng/ Manage advances and payments according to the contract signed between the company and the client.
- Tuyển dụng, bố trí điều động nhân sự theo dự án/ Recruit, assign, and mobilize personnel according to project needs.
- Quản lý danh mục hồ sơ hoàn công của dự án, đại diện công ty hoàn thành các thủ tục hoàn công theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành/ Oversee the project’s as-built documentation, representing the company in completing as-built procedures in accordance with current legal regulations.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính về quản lý hợp đồng đã ký kết (bao gồm: Phạm vi công việc, chuẩn về chất lượng, tiến độ và tài chính của dự án, an toàn lao động…)/ Take primary responsibility for managing signed contracts (including scope of work, quality standards, project schedule and finances, occupational safety, etc.).
- Phát triển thương hiệu, tìm kiếm các dự án khác/ Develop the company’s brand and seek new projects.
