PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, write code, and ensure the quality and performance of the software.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Software Development
Design, code, test, and debug software applications using various programming languages and frameworks. This involves writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. testing, and debugging of software applications.
II. Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand software requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.
III. Database Management
Design and manage database structures, schemas, and queries to efficiently store and retrieve data for the software applications. coding standards and best practices while writing code.
IV. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
Investigate and resolve software defects, performance issues, and other technical challenges. Performing root cause analysis and implementing appropriate solutions.
V. Documentation
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, and user guides. Ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
VI. Continuous Learning and Improvement
Staying updated with the latest technologies, programming languages, and industry trends. Actively seeking opportunities for professional development and enhancing software engineering skills.
