Rodd & Gunn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Delivery - Project Coordinator and Administration lead to manage the delivery of our new store builds and installations globally. This role is central to coordinating project programs, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with various stakeholders including landlords, department store delivery teams, and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong communication
abilities, and proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Program Management:
Oversee all project programs for new store builds and installations.
Ensure timely and efficient execution of all project phases.
2.Documentation and Filing:
Collate, organize, and file all project-related documents and information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each project.
3. Software Management:
Own and manage the Project Management software used for store builds.
Ensure all project details are accurately entered and updated in the system.
4. Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between landlords, department store delivery teams, and Rodd & Gunn nominated contractors.
Facilitate clear and effective communication among all parties involved.
5. Internal Communications:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the General Manager – Global Property & Services.
6. Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team.
Assist with any additional tasks as required to ensure successful project delivery.
