Role Overview
Finding new suppliers, making partnerships, and figuring out how to get competitive rate and order fulfilment. We’re Looking for a highly motivated and engaged Supplier Owners as a part of our supply team, to drive business growth and revenues at our Vietnam location.
Responsibilities
• Market Research: Research routes and strengths of shipping lines/agents to build relationships with shipping companies/agents and propose to sign long-term contracts with new partners.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market fluctuations based on sales feedback and surveys from competitors to come up with the best price plan.
• Rate Procurement: Provide and review pricing across all segments to ensure timely, accurate and complete pricing. Gather prices from different agents / shipping lines to upload on the platform for long term and shipment specific.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with other departments such as sales departments to offer bids to large and potential customers
• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to increase profits.
• Market Trend Forecast: Continuously update forecasts on market trends to provide direction for the customer and sales. Propose pricing solutions based on market situation.
• Supplier Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with shipping lines and other agents. Negotiate prices, terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers to achieve the best benefits for the company
