Position: Talent Acquisition cum HRBP
Working time: 9 AM - 6 PM. Monday - Friday
Type: Full-time
Location: Helios building, Quang Trung Software Complex, District 12
As Talent Acquisition cum HRBP, you will:
1. Recruitment (80%)
• Drives efficient process and delivers best practices for full lifecycle recruitment including role intake, sourcing, talent/resume reviews, interviews, offers, negotiations, background checks and onboarding.
• Develops an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements for open positions and able to develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methods.
• Measures KPIs (ie: number of hires, time to fill, diversity of talent sources, etc) and leverages recruitment data to develop, inform and evolve talent strategies.
• Develops and acts as an employment brand ambassador, guides hiring managers and interview teams in similar way.
• Initiates and coordinates across internal teams (IT, HR, payroll, etc) for effective onboarding.
• Consistently benchmarks competition within and cross industry to stay current on trends in the talent marketplace and provides insights to regional leadership team to inform talent strategies.
2. HRBP (20%)
• Support the C&B spec. in managing employee benefits programs, compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation related to compensations and employee relations.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall HR strategy.
