Mô tả công việc

Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding
Design and implement Employee Engagement programs.
Develop, execute, and optimize employer branding campaigns internal and external across digital platforms.
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to leverage candidate-facing communications to convey the corporate culture and employee experience.
Create culture-building social media posts and targeted talent attraction campaigns (if needed) across company’s social media platforms.
Work with the marketing team to create material and content for employer branding and recruitment events such as posters, flyers, banners, etc.
Other tasks assigned by HRM.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Active, can-do attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
