Navigos Group is looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, you will provide recruitment services to ensure that organization growth is well supported by having the right candidates. This job holder is also in charge of initiating and executing employer branding strategy to drive the attraction of talents for Navigos Group, including Vietnamworks and Navigos Search.
1. Recruitment & Business Partner:
• Understand Business Units’ personnel requirements and proactively provide recruitment services for diverse positions.
• More proactive to get insight from BUs, competitors and market.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process: Screen/pre-select resumes, schedule interviews, input CVs in HR system, collect employee documents, generate offer letters.
• Develop effective hiring channels or provide new hiring ideas/approaches to build an internal talent pipeline or external talent pool with potential candidates proactively.
• Provide adequate HR information for new employees via on-boarding program.
2. Hiring Reports & Admin tasks:
• Provide hiring reports with accurate data to show a comprehensive picture of the recruitment, also seek for root causes and raise relevant solutions.
• Involve in all administrative process: documents collection from new employee, follow probation and internship of employee, update candidate database, conduct exit interview …
3. Employer Branding & other tasks:
• Conduct related activities with the company to uphold the employer brand.
• Enhance EB visibility on digital platforms.
• Coordinate any events organized by HR Department.
• Share teamwork and other projects as assigned.
