Techlead Fullstack Java

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and estimate project timelines.
Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the Java ecosystem.
Work closely with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

English: Fluent
At least 10 years experience full stack or on Java projects for backend
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Have knowledge working with Automation and Performance Tools such as Selenium, JMeter
Knowledge of Kafka, ELK is an added advantage
Have knowledge working in Azure environment and RDMS DB, especially MS SQL
Knowledge working Java/JEE, Spring Boot framework
