Technical Project Manager (PM) - Signing Bonus 1 Month Salary - Offer Up To 60M

Technical oversight:
responsible for the technical aspects of the project including design, architecture, and integration points, ensuring that the technological components align well with the project‘s goals
Resource allocation:
assign the right tasks to the right team members, ensuring efficient utilization of skills and timely completion
Stakeholder communication:
act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Manage development team (dev, test, BA...) to reach the project goal
Risk management:
Anticipate technical hitches and roadblocks, constantly on the lookout for potential pitfalls, and devise strategies to navigate around or through them
Integration management:
Software projects often involve multiple tools, platforms, and systems. TPM must ensure these components integrate seamlessly, providing smooth functionality and interoperability
Continuous improvement:
Adept at retrospectives, analyze completed sprints or project phases, pinpointing areas of improvement and implementing changes to optimize future cycles
Training and mentoring:
Given their technical acumen, they often play a role in upskilling team members, ensuring that the team stays updated with the latest technological trends and best practices
Pre-sales:
Support the sales team in handling prospecting and qualifying opportunities.

Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in PM/Techlead role
Must-have:
3-5 years of experience as a developer/tester or BA before moving to a PM or tech lead position
Leadership skill:
experience leading a team (task assignment, system analysis, team performance management...)
Communication abilities
: Good Technical Project Managers must communicate with a large number of internal and external stakeholders through both verbal and written communications
Problem-solving capabilities:
Each step in planning and executing a project usually requires some problem-solving. Open Mindset and support project teams to consult the solutions and ideas to clients.
Fluent in English
(both written and verbal) to effectively operate in an international work environment
Nice-to-have:
Experience as a Fractional CTO/SA is a plus
Candidates with experience in Odoo, ERP, Python systems are preferred.
Excellent pre-sales skills and familiarity with pre-sales activities are strengths.
