Job Summary
DETERMINANT is seeking a dynamic and creative TikTok Growth Lead to spearhead our growth strategy on TikTok. This role is crucial for expanding our brand presence, driving engagement, and boosting sales through innovative and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the TikTok platform, strong analytical skills, and a passion for fashion and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development and Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the TikTok channel to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Plan and execute TikTok campaigns, challenges, and trends that align with the brand’s goals and resonate with the target audience.
2. Content Creation and Management
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand video content.
Stay updated with TikTok trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
3. Influencer and KOC Partnerships
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to promote the brand.
Negotiate and coordinate partnerships to maximize reach and ROI.
4. Performance Analysis and Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and content for better performance.
5. Community Engagement
Engage with the TikTok community through comments, messages, and live sessions to build a loyal fanbase.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Advertising and Promotions
Manage TikTok ad campaigns, including setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ads to achieve the best possible results.
Plan and execute promotional activities and flash sales to drive traffic and sales.
7. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.
8. Innovation and Trends Monitoring
Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously improve the brand’s presence on the platform.
Experiment with new features and formats to keep the content fresh and engaging

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing TikTok or other social media channels, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, features, and user behavior.
• Excellent content creation and video editing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analysis tools.
• Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and e-commerce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
