Tiktok Shop Key Account Management (Freelancer)

1. Planning
- Build up strong commercial plan & marketing actitiviy ( Affiliate plan, livestream inhouse session,...) on TTS to ensure reaching monthly target
2. Communication & Negotation
2.1 Internal:
- Work closely with operation team (CS & Logistic) to ensure customer experience across online platforms in term of stock readiness, delivery and after sales service.
- Work with Marketing team for MKT activity & Ads allocation to deliver target ( Affiliate , TiktokAds)
- Monitor Merchandizer for Visibility
2.2 External
- Negotiating with TiktokShop, Affiliate partner to get best offer/ deals & execute the plan
- Manage Livestream agency to ensure performance
3. Execution & Report
- Weekly report on target achievement, run rate, estimate closing target of the month, backup plan
- Follow MKT activty & daily operation task
- Reconciliation with partner/ platform by campaign/ month
- Monthly report for TikTok
- Other tasks that support & ensure smooth operation of TikTokshop

· Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform, with another enabler, with a brand or distributor.
· Experience in managing and growing stores on TikTok.
· Experience in Beauty category will be added advantage.
