Mô tả công việc

 Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals
 Deploy a wide variety of training methods
 Analyze training needs of department to develop appropriate training programs
 Plan and deliver training on various topics such as orientation, soft skills, managements skills, etc.
 Work in a team to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs
 Manage training budget and spending run rate effectively
 Lead yearly Training Need Analysis (TNA) to address the right needs
 Prepare reports of Training programs for monitoring and evaluation purposes. Propose and execute improvements based on evaluation results, feedback.
 Research, propose Training Vendors and prepare working process with them
 Manage the training roadmap for all employees according to career progression
 Develop e-learning course content in various formats
 Coordinate in developing an in-house Trainer/Facilitator pool to deliver in-house programs
 Coordinate in designing and delivering learning solutions to strengthen succession pool
 Facilitate logistics for learning events and knowledge sharing sessions, coordinate learning activities as planned
 Manage and produce multiple learning plan, activities simultaneously
 Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values
 Other assignments as assigned by Line Manager
