Responsibility:
Schedule and Calendar Management:
Coordinate meetings, manage the COO's work schedule, and ensure that all time-sensitive deadlines are met.
Project Management Support:
Plan, monitor, and report on the progress of projects or special assignments.
Document and Information Handling:
Work with sensitive documents such as reports, minutes, meeting notes, and other confidential information.
Communication and Liaison:
Facilitate communication between the COO and other departments within the organization, as well as with external partners.
Records and Files Management:
Ensure that important documents are stored and organized efficiently.
Process Improvement Proposals:
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes or activities within the organization.
IT and Systems Support:
Assist with the implementation and use of new technologies or information systems within the organization.
Problem Solving and General Support:
Assist the COO in resolving day-to-day issues and other requests from stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned by the COO.

- Full insurance according to labor law.
- 13 monthly salary
- Annual travel

Requirements:
Proficiency in English (all 4 skills):
Fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Education:
Associate's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational and time management skills, creativity and flexibility, attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
