Trendspotting and Innovation:
Work closely with the Content Hub Team to align video concepts with marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with social media video trends and incorporate them into projects.
Operate and maintain professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and stabilizers.
Experiment with creative shooting styles to make content stand out.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in video production, specifically for social media.
Strong proficiency in operating video cameras and lighting equipment.
Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, and emerging video trends.
Excellent visual storytelling skills tailored to short-form content.
Key Attributes:
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with creators and internal teams.
Basic understanding of post-production workflows to assist the Video Editor.
Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
