Toppins Consulting Group is a division of Toppins Law Firm, PC, a US based law firm specializing in international business and immigration
. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth in Vietnam. Your role is to ensure that our company's goals and objectives are aligned with the local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory environment. This requires managing a team of local staff, coordinating with the headquarters and other regional offices, and developing and executing the business plan for Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations management. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives. You will be our brand ambassador and country representative as such, you must educate the parent company about the country’s needs so it can successfully establish itself and develop suitable growth strategy, become more efficient while increasing the chances to boost economic growth and make profits.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives to drive business growth and expansion in Vietnam market.
• Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service, to achieve organizational objectives.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to capitalize on market potential and mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, and government officials, to support business objectives and foster goodwill.
• Build a strong network of contacts and allies in Vietnam.
• Establish and maintain compliance with local regulations, laws, and standards governing business operations, employment practices, and product/service offerings.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, financial indicators, and market data to track progress towards goals and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage financial budgets, resources, and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness, profitability, and sustainability of operations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility, reputation, and brand awareness.
• Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, accountability, and results-oriented mindset across the organization.
• Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity.
