Optimize models for performance without compromising quality, ensuring compatibility across various platforms and devices.
Generate textures and materials for 3D models and manage a repository of reusable assets.
Remain current with the latest industry trends and technologies, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance workflows and processes.
Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of other team members, offering technical support and resolving issues related to 3D modeling.
Collaborate with fellow designers and developers to meet project requirements and ensure all models adhere to technical and artistic standards.
Engage in team meetings, contribute to project direction, and assist in the development of project timelines and milestones.
Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of all tasks.
Contribute to the team’s overall creative vision and support the creation of marketing and promotional materials.

Expertise in creating textures and materials for 3D models.
Demonstrated proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, and Autodesk.
Comprehensive understanding of principles governing 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
Robust portfolio showcasing a range of 3D modeling work.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in 3D modeling, digital modeling, or visualization.
In-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
Proven experience in creating and optimizing models for various platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of independent work.
Ability to organize and maintain clear project documentation.
Willingness to engage in training and development opportunities.
Aptitude for troubleshooting and providing technical support.
