Mô tả công việc
- Maintaining Director’ agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc
- Scheduling & organizing Management Meeting (incl. documentation, organization, follow up and reminder for daily meetings, preparation of minutes of meeting and follow-up action list)
- Day to day secretarial assistance like connecting lines, calling people for discussions, replying mails or drafting letters, filing etc
- Perform administrative tasks within Hochiminh City office and ad-hoc assigned by Management
- Follow-up reports and deadlines of Management and Sales team reports and meetings
- Preparation of Power Point Presentations and Market report with information from Management and Sales team members
- Colab with HR team for engagement activities.
- Interaction with Management Team to get updated about their travel schedule and other meeting requirements
- Managing business travel flight, car, immigration, and accommodation arrangement for staffs in Ho Chi Minh City Office
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
- Support purchasing team for keep tracking document, forwarder as required documents in HCM office
