* Job Purpose
The Assistant Sourcing Manager is responsible for daily communication with factories, supporting paperwork and documentation for the Sourcing Manager, and ensuring smooth purchasing processes. This role requires the ability to work under high pressure and frequent business travel.
* Key Responsibilities
1. Factory Communication and Support
• Proactively communicate, coordinate, and monitor daily tasks with manufacturing factories.
• Ensure that all information related to production and shipments is accurately and promptly relayed among relevant parties.
2. Documentation and Administrative Support
• Prepare, verify, and maintain all documents and paperwork related to purchasing activities.
• Assist the Purchasing Manager in managing records, reports, and other administrative procedures.
3. Business Travel
• Conduct frequent business trips to factories and partners to monitor progress and resolve any arising issues.
• Prepare detailed reports after each business trip to ensure full communication of information to the manager.
4. Managing Work Pressure
• Be prepared to work under high pressure and address emerging challenges in a dynamic purchasing environment.
• Proactively propose solutions to improve work processes when needed.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
Salary: 500-800 USD/month. Work for 12 months - receive 13th month salary.
