Beauty Trainer

● Create and execute learning strategies and programs
● Assess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate training effectiveness & training need.
● Implement various learning methods storewide (e.g. coaching, in-store training, job-shadowing, online training, etc)
● Help store managers develop their team members through development training program
● Collaborate and liaise with other departments to create Training programs (Operations, Brand, Campaign, Product, etc).
● Plan and schedule training classes
● Evaluating all training and development activities executed both internally and externally with Heads of Department and other relevant stakeholders
