Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Mathpresso’s business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to define brand vision and long-term objectives.
Brand Development and Management:
- Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Marketing and Communications:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Develop and manage marketing plans to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including learning centers, live streamers, and educational content creators.
- Collaborate with partners to create co-branded initiatives and joint marketing activities.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns through metrics and KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
