Training and Onboarding Plan:
Develop and implement training plans for the sales teams across various centers;
Design and execute onboarding programs for new employees to ensure they are proficient in sales processes, products, and required skills to achieve optimal sales performance;
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for staff to ensure both new and current employees maintain high performance levels.
Sales Tools Design:
Create and update sales support tools, including materials, presentations, and online tools, to optimize sales effectiveness and increase conversion rates;
Evaluate and enhance existing tools to meet the needs and challenges of the market effectively.
Market Research and Promotion Proposals:
Propose promotional programs and adjust sales policies based on market analysis and feedback from the sales team;
Conduct regular market research to understand trends, customer needs, and behaviors;
Assess the effectiveness of current promotional programs and sales policies, suggesting necessary adjustments to optimize revenue and conversion rates.
Implementation of New Processes and Tools:
Implement new tools and processes within the sales team, ensuring smooth and effective application;
Propose pricing programs and pricing policies aligned with business strategy and market feedback.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and convey information effectively;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field;
At least 4 years of experience in sales or sales training, with experience as a Sales Trainer being an advantage;
Creative with the ability to design effective sales tools and training programs;
Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
Project management and efficient process implementation skills.
