Brighton College Vietnam is the first of seven schools to be developed in Vietnam in a partnership between Brighton College UK (one of the very top independent schools in the UK) and Vingroup. The school is growing rapidly, and the role will develop considerably over time, calling for a flexible and proactive approach. We are looking for talents for School Nurse
positions at the school.
Work location: Brighton College Vietnam, Vinhomes Ocean Park Urban Area, Da Ton Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and implement a health care plan for students at the School.
• Implement school nursing activities in accordance with the inter-regulations of the Health and Education sectors;
• Organize and manage regular health check-ups and monitor the development of students according to regulations;
• Create health records for students at the School throughout the academic year;
• Establish a medicine cabinet and create a favorable health care environment for pupils;
• Make communication about regulations of the Department of Health about school safeguarding and monitor the implementation;
• Organize training courses on first aid and disease prevention for teachers and school staff;
• Proactively propose solutions for epidemic prevention and control at the school;
• Prevent school accidents, provide first-aid, and transport pupils to the nearest medical facility in case of any incidents;
• Take part in the control of food hygiene and safety at the school;
• Report periodic activities on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to the relevant agency in accordance with the school’s reporting regime.
