Crew Tracking Executive

- Keep track and update all information and changes in daily operation. Inform crew of all roster changes;
- Respond to real-time changes in crew availability, weather conditions, and operational requirements by coordinating immediate schedule adjustments;
- Supervise and deploy crew performing duty in a timely manner and compulsory in line with regulations (Vietnam Aviation Regulation, Operation Manual, Company policy, Labour law);
- Ensure positioning/ deadheading for crew pre and post-duties. Information must be provided to crews;
- Ensure crew rostered for flight duties are qualified with the qualification prior to hand over to Flight Dispatchers for flight dispatch release;
- Work closely with other departments, including Operation Management Center, Ground Operation, Commercial, Engineering to ensure a seamless operation;
- Ensure the rest facility and accomodation for crew while operating. Information must be provided to crews;
- Report all incidents during the flight operation to Manager in-charge and the company;
- Update changes in flight schedule and maintain crew schedule for the next day to ensure all flights are covered;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager-in-charge.
