We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success and Marketing Consulting Specialist to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in managing customer success for the marketing automation tool - BowNow, and providing expert consulting and content creation services for clients utilizing BowNow's marketing support services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Success Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using BowNow, ensuring they maximize the value of the tool.
• Onboard new clients, providing training and support to help them effectively use BowNow's features.
• Monitor client usage and engagement, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess their progress and identify opportunities for optimization.
2. Marketing Consulting:
• Provide strategic marketing consulting to clients, leveraging BowNow's capabilities to enhance their marketing efforts.
• Analyze client data and marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Assist clients in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with clients to keep them ahead of the curve.
3. Content Creation:
• Create high-quality, engaging content to support clients' marketing campaigns, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email templates.
• Develop and deliver educational materials, such as webinars, tutorials, and guides, to help clients utilize BowNow effectively.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce content that showcases BowNow's features and benefits.
4. Client Support and Training:
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing technical issues and questions related to BowNow.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients and their teams become proficient in using BowNow.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of resources and FAQs to assist clients in troubleshooting common issues.
