- Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Fulfill reward orders for all our markets diligently and in a timely fashion.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and solution-oriented interactions with parents.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, meticulously recording and updating cases in the system.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
