Director of Finance

1. Accounting & Tax
Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, Vietnamese Accounting Standards) and tax regulations.
Manage the preparation and filing of all statutory financial statements and tax returns.
Supervise the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including bank reconciliations, payments, and collections.
Advise on tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
Develop and maintain financial models for existing and potential projects, including feasibility studies, budget projections, and cash flow forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, investors, and other stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
Support strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
3. Financial Control & Risk Management
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Manage and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
4. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
