Field Operations Supervisor A&i

- Works with the operations team to resolve customer issues on a regular basis.
- Monitors daily productivity and quality of work and assist in allocating resources as required.
- Supervises the day-to-day delivery of high-quality field services.
- Evaluates audit and inspection services against established protocols; Makes technical decisions.
- Ensures the teams understanding of and compliance with all established policies and requirements.
- Supervises field services projects concurrently and ensures completion within time frames.
- Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensures that all policies are understood and adhered to.
- Identifies and resolves customer complaints and employee related performance issues.
- Responsible for keeping Operations Managers informed about the team members development, performance and morale.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Document and track the training of the auditors and review the progress with them on a monthly basis, or as necessary.
- Ensure the auditors receive necessary training and assistance to complete their responsibilities.
- Conduct audits and participate in recruitment of local staff as necessary.
- Perform Inspection and Technical Audit
