Financial & Accounting Manager

The Finance & Accounting Manager will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight to the company's financial & Accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, managing financial risks, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management:
● Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, including forecasting,
budgeting, variance analysis and cashflow.
● Monitor and manage financial risks.
● Oversee the development and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance with
relevant regulations and accounting standards.
Accounting Management:
● Suppervise & consult to team member accounting activities at all
● Ensure accuracy, timeliness & compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS),
tax regulations, and other relevant laws.
● Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
● Maintain strong relationships with external like: auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
● Control and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
● Suggest solution and collab with other dept to manage, mitigate the risks about operation, procedure which relevant in F&A Dept.
Team Leadership and Management:
● Lead, mentor, and develop the F&A team.
● Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance
reviews.
● Address and resolve complex financial issues and provide guidance to the team.
● Other assignments from the Line Manager.
